Heya All I am New, I have been looking around this forum for a few hours as a guest. I found it extremely and it has helped me allot. I hope to stick around for abit and contribute.
Hmm… this post wasn’t exactly the thing I was surfing for to help me lose weight, but it will come in handy later on You should continue posting because I come to this site every other day.
I am writing from personal experience. I have used a vision board to get many things in the past. They work because you see them and they refocus on your goals. As they say “every element that exist in this universe manifested from a thought first.” I hope this helps and sorry for the delay in posting.
